I know how difficult it is to make people aware of the runaway spending, The Barrington Village Board suffers the same affliction Those wishing to view this budget can go the Village’s web site at www.barrington-il.gov and type ”budget” in the search box and then click on “Village of Barrington, Il: Information About Village Finances” and see for yourself. This is where the rhetoric meets the road.
